Shipping Policy
At AuraFurniture.ae, we aim to make delivery simple, clear, and reliable. AuraFurniture.ae is operated by Well Get Fit FZ-LLC, licensed in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (License No. 45000636). All orders and deliveries are managed online within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Charges
Shipping is free on all orders across the UAE.
Assembly Included
All orders include free assembly at the time of delivery. Our team will deliver, assemble, and set up the items in your home.
How We Deliver
We deliver all orders through our in-house delivery team, ensuring safe handling and high-quality service from start to finish.
Taxes
All taxes are included in the product price. No additional fees will be added at checkout.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to mainland United Arab Emirates only.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 6 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, product type, or external delays.
Total Delivery Time:
1 day (processing) + 6–7 days (delivery) = 7–8 business days
Order Tracking & Communication
We keep you informed throughout the delivery process.
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm details and provide updates.
- You will receive a final confirmation call one day before delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the items.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 7 days after order confirmation, provided the item has not yet been manufactured or dispatched. Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, you may do so any time before the day of delivery. After the final routing has begun, address changes may not be possible.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly. If a delivery is delayed or lost, notify us immediately. We will coordinate with our internal delivery team to locate or replace your order.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
